🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and non-returnable.
Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@sweetrella.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❗Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly resolve the issue.
